Spring 2010 Travel Team/AAU Component
Visionary Basketball Club (VBC) is a year-round team program offering the best opportunity for your athlete(s) to compete and improve their basketball skills, knowledge and fundamentals.
All Team VBC practices will start the week of March 15th.

Our spring season for VBC will  consistent of different
levels for players to participate in. VBC has a place for all players to participate in. We will have three levels which are National level teams, Regional level teams, and local level teams. These different levels are going to be divided by your ability to play, commitment level to the team, attitude and work ethnic. The teams are made up by our VBC coaching board and will be research to see what teams that the student athlete will be place on. VBC wants the best for the student athletes, so we will place those players talent on the team base on what the VBC coaching staff selects.
VBC offers for the spring season a total player development program that includes unlimited sessions of skills and drills during the season. The VBC spring season starts March 1st through April with some teams competing through June and July. We do have family discounts available and convenient affordable monthly membership payments available during the season.

ALL STAR Program
Local Level Teams - consist of going to local area tournaments that don't require that much travel for parent and players. These tournaments are selected base on the players talent level.
Regional level Teams - consist of going around the New England Area to participate in tournaments base on the players talent level. The regional level teams will participate in some college exposure events.
National Level Teams - consist of going out of state and participating in high level competition tournaments that will have college exposure by coaches and national recruiting services during the event. National level teams will periodically participate in some exposure tournaments during the spring season but for the month of July they go to sanction certified high level college exposure events on scheduled basis. The selection on what tournaments will be base on the player's ability.

How to Register:

Register by clicking here on-line. (Registration fee for all players is $20 and new uniform fee for new players of $75 due at registration.)

New players should select and attend ** Free ** Winter Workout to experience VBG Skills & Drills from Friday, January 8th, through Sunday, February 28th. (Click here for schedule.)

Attend one final player evaluation, team assignment and program introductory meetings according to the schedule listed above in preferred practice location.

Player assignments and schedules for Grades 3-8 will be distributed by February 26, 2010 and the season will start on March 1st. Player assignments and schedules for High School age players will be made and distributed by March 14th and the season will start March 15th.
Program Costs
Visionary Basketball Group is starting a monthly payment program (i.e. "Membership") to allow for affordable, convenient participation in our programming. The Spring Travel Team Program and AAU component is the Level III (click here to read more) Team VBC Membership. The details of this program and cost structure are as follows:
1. The monthly payment for the Level III Membership is $150.00
2. The Spring 2010 Travel/AAU program will run for three months starting March 1st with monthly payments being made on the 1st of every month.
3. There is a new uniform fee of $75.00 required for new VBC players.
4. The basic Level III membership includes 10 games and at least one local Spring tournament along with unlimited skills and drills and team practices.
5. Some teams, however, will compete in many more events and in June and July for exposure events. If a player participates on a local, regional or national tournament travelling team, there will be an added cost of $50-75 per month to cover the tournament fees. If a player participates on a team competing through June and July, the monthly membership payment plan will continue through those two months.
6. All team assignments and associated costs will be presented immediately after the player evaluations and tryouts.
7. There will be a 50% discount off the monthly membership rate for the 2nd player and a 75% discount off the monthly membership rate for the 3rd and more players from the same family.
