Liz Trainor

Babson College

"By going to the training sessions it really helped my overall basketball fundamentals. I wish I had done it in my early stages of elementary school." -Liz Trainor

"Over the past four years that I have trained with the VBG coaching staff, I have participated in individual lessons, group workouts and played on their AAU teams. In all of the workouts and practices, I was taught to push myself and work harder than I thought I was capable. This helped me to achieve personal goals and learn that you can excel at a higher level if you will put in the time and hard work. Our workouts were very oriented to game like situations that made it easy to use newly learned skills during games. I was prepared and confident for games since I had already repeated situations so many times in practice. VBG is a great basketball program that helps create the complete player. One who is mentally strong, prepared for each game they play and fundamentally sound. The motivation and support I received from their coaches helped me to achieve at a high level in high school and prepare me for playing next year in college."
