VBG Coaching Instructor Ted Cottrell
Lil' Ballers Enrichment Program
- Ages: 3-6
- Location: Visionary Basketball Athletic Performance Center (VBAPC) 152 Tremont St., Melrose, MA 02176
- Times:
- Sat 9-10am
- Sun 9-10am
Fee for 12 week season (Fall/Winter/Spring/Summer):
- Level 1 Membership = $220 (pick 1 day)
- Level 2 Membership =$320 (both Sat and Sun)
VBG Instructors and Trainers work on the following:

- Cooperation
- Self Confidence
- Self Discipline
- Teamwork
- Positive Attitude
- Physical Fitness
- And of course....Having Fun!
The valuable lessons these young athletes will learn on the court will be translated to affect other aspects of their lives.

Skills & Drills Training Program
- Designed for: Beginner, intermediate and advanced co-ed players
- Customized 1-1.5 hour workout sessions of non-stop basketball fundamental training: Shooting, passing, ball-handling, dribbling, defensive tactics, and rebounding
- Players are guaranteed to increase in their athleticism: agility, speed, endurance, balance, coordination, and strength
- Facilitates raising a player's game to reach personal bests
- Training is offered at multiple locations and times. Please see schedule
- VBG offers three levels of Memberships for participation in each of the 10-12 week sessions - ranging from once per week to unlimited sessions with team participation. Please see Membership/Registration for more information
